Wonderful experience with my mortgage lender Diana! I first applied for a mortgage with First Bankers Trust and the guy I dealt with whom I only spoke on the phone with once needed some documents so I emailed them to him as instructed and he never got back to me. After a week of waiting, I called him a few times during the next week and left messages asking him to get back to me and he never did. Done with that unprofessional experience, Diana at State Street Bank was recommended to me and it's been a breeze ever since. She is professional and knowledgable and always gets back to me in a timely manner.

Have been a customer for 35 years. Numerous auto loans, a savings account, and a couple different checking accounts over the years. Recently got married and wanted to get set up with joint accounts. Debra was rude and condescending to my wife over the phone. Not friendly, and seemed to be bothered by doing her job. Love the location and services, but she could use some customer service training.

Yet another wonderful experience with State Street Bank! I finally got to opening a checking account with State Street Bank. Debra was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I would definitely recommend this bank to anyone.

Lied to me about my account then they allowed transactions that made my account go negative then charged me for that
