Had to jump thru hoops to get a home loan..added accounts from various parties and still only got a floating interest rate..been paying for it for years now as the rates keep climbing..never hit their Kasasa goals to get any special benefits and their app was glitchy for years..I would recommend going anywhere else before you get locked in like I did

I noticed a LOT of Apple charges on my account. I was able to get it addressed on Apple's end, but due to some issues, I had to contact my bank. Sharon, at the Kimmel Crossing branch was AWESOME. She listened to me (when the first teller was rude and dismissive), put me on hold and tried to figure it all out. In the end, she knew I wasn't responsible and I got my money back. I am so grateful she took the time to listen and trouble shoot. Great customer service....very hard to find nowadays.

Honestly it's a vary good bank. People are friendly. The week day hours the bank is open is not really helpful as they open the same time most people leave for work, and close the same time most people get off. The app is a little over zealous on security. I personally only use it for balancing funds. I wish they would make a version for people that don't require all the security. It seems each time I have been forced to reset the password the app locks me out. It wouldn't be a big deal if they had after hours people to answer phones. All and all the bank is sub pair only on the basis of convenience.

I have been banking with First Robinson Savings Bank for several years. The Bank employees have always been very helpful and polite. Always assisting me with any problem I have had. And during all the years that I have been banking with this Bank, I have had quite a few. I highly recommend First Robinson Savings Bank.

Love this small town bank! Friendly tellers and great interest rate on their Kassa checking account! They also have free online checking, an app with check deposit, and bill pay.
