My husband and I were told by several other loan companies that no one would work with us because my husband is commission pay. By far the worse customer service I have ever delt with. Tried to refinance last year and it took 6 months and wanting to pull credit again due to how long it took THEM. Now we been trying to contact them for over 4 months and I have heard I will send an email to supervisor over 20 Times and they will call within 3 days. Never once have I gotten a call or email. They can not ever direct you to who you need to speak with and I feel bad being rude to the poor customer service girls when it's not their problems. They need to actually be able to talk to you and follow up. I will pay higher interest rates just so I don't have to deal with them any more
