Staffs are great to work with in the Rock Island office. I've worked with Gordon in the past and just recently worked with Kristine. Thank you for all you do.

I'm not sure of the name of the gentleman at the Rock Island office who assited me through the loan process as we did it all over the phone and I missed his introduction. But I just want to say that he was the most friendly customer service representative I have ever encountered. He was kind, patient, funny and very knowledgeable. He walked me through everything, explained the processes and was super patient when the electronic forms were going haywire. Definitely took the headache away that comes with loan applications. So huge thank you to him!!!

Terrible. If you call ahead (like they say to do if you're needing to make a late payment) they will still send the payment through. And after calling them and the bank and having the "manager" to this loan shark place tell me there is nothing she can do for me at this point, I'm screwed. Don't you love it when there is nothing a manager can do to help you? Isn't that amazing customer service? After I called ahead to make sure this wouldn't happen? It still does and there is not a thing they can do about it. Amazing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Don't believe "pre-approved" it's a scam to get you to sign up and make a bad mark on your credit...it told me I was "pre-approved" for a certain amount then they come at me with not even a quarter of what the "pre-approval" was supposed to be and instead of taking all deductions into consideration and asking what comes out of each paycheck they just assume your pay can't fit your budget...what a joke

I did not think great customer service was still alive but this office has restored my faith. Great people to deal with.

They worked really fast to get my loan done,Also listened to what I needed and helped as much as they could,Highly Recommend.
