I have found this to be one of the most pleasant places to do business. They are very personable, kind, patient and pleasant to work with. Denise has always gone above and beyond for me!!

Very rude. Unhelpful. Went in to do a wire transfer the women was absolutely rude! She wanted to know why I wanted a wire transfer and can't just send it another way said in a snotty way. She had an attitude when asked a question about the wire transfer paperwork. She was rude and had an attitude when asked to do HER JOB.

The loan officer there is very rude. I went to pick up a title on a PAID OFF loan and felt like I was a criminal. He would not of even spoke to me unless he had to. I would suggest customer service refresher course.

Generations Credit Union here in Rockford, IL is second to none! The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, caring, professional, WORLD GLASS in every way unimaginable - RWALISTICALLY!!!
