I would have given 5 stars because my experiences before have all been 5 stars. This time there was a person from another office helping out who screwed up the account number for my deposit and seemed to be more focused on getting me to buy an additional insurance package they offer instead of doing my loan right. Thankfully Christina came to the rescue & got everything straightened out.

They were very attentive and detail oriented. Also showed a sense of urgency. Was very pleased.

Had been talking and working on a vehicle with lindsey for a while i kept changing my mind on vehicle of my liking eventually got what i wanted an H3 HUMMER all this was done on the phone, when i went to the office i was treated by Lindsey as like i has been a long time customer was offered something to drink all paperwork was was handled very professional and was explained in great detail...great staff i highly recommend ONE MAIN FINANCIAL ON E. STATE ...

Don't waste your time. Got pre-approval for a $7500 loan. Just to turn around and get my credit dinged, get told I have to have a vehicle as collateral and denied because my vehicle isn't worth what they're asking... Absolutely disgusting. Avoid avoid avoid!
