Tammy Mcneany was AMAZING!!! She kept me informed on each step in the process. Was always there to answer questions even though I had thousands to ask. She went thru a very traumatic event during my loan process and needed to be off of work but that never stopped her from checking in on me via txt or email just to keep me updated on where or what my file needed in order to close. You hear horror stories about mortgage companies and underwriters but Tammy made sure that my mind was at ease and was very caring and pleasant the entire time. A day before closing we had a hiccup that could have pushed our closing back but Tammy stayed late in the office working with the underwriter behind the scenes to make sure that our closing wasn’t delayed! I can’t sing her praise enough!!!

Tammy was amazing throw this whole process i couldnt have asked for a better person to help me throw this ive lived in my house for 3 weeks now and i love it so much but most of all tammy has made everything easy for us to get to closing almost everything we asked for she made it happen she made my dreams come true and my family's dream come true she is truely amazing to work

Wintrust is one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. I have a mortgage through them and they make you change your password every three months. There is no way I would ever do business with Wintrust again. It's so frustrating.
