As I walked in I got a hello and welcome. Fast friendly service with a smile. Only needed to make a quick deposit they asked if I needed anything else which I didn't but always nice to be asked. Got a goodbye ,thank you and have a nice day.

Just stopped by Roscoe first community cu. We were waited on by Alecia for a payment we made. She was so nice and friendly. We got this loan here when the car dealer said that our old bank ( advia) was much higher rate for the loan. Great service.

Michaela was so helpful. I called asking if she could walk me through the process I'm new to this and she took her time with me, called me back asap and emailed. Great with customer service very impressed. Highly recommend this business ☺️

All the employees I worked with were knowledgeable about setting up my business account, and if they didn't know something, they knew who to ask.
