BMO Harris Bank, Round Lake Heights, IL

I was on hold for seven minutes while on a fifteen minute break at work listening to the world's most annoying recorded message on a loop hoping to be able to ask a simple question while considering opening an account... "that feeling you get" when you choose to do business with Chase instead.

This is an overall good bank for me but the drive thru lines are ridiculous. Prepare to be in line for up to 30 minutes to an hour per line.

Horrible bank. They have no experienced banktellers Or bankers. This is my first bank and I have to say I had a horrible experience. My cards not working because of chip cheap cards, they also closed my account due to one dollar being negative and I missed out on alot of money. My tax refund was delayed because of them closing my account. If I could rate zero stars I would. There's barely any bmo harris around town due to the lack of helping the people supporting there bank. That's also another problem. No good work structure there all over the place. They need to work on there bank rules and work up the pace because this is a shittty bank. Erika also the manager does nothing to help. Such poor work ethic. Period

Literally the slowest drivethru for things like simple deposits in the whole county, whats going on back there lol

They shouldn't even get one star. They mistakenly put 30,000$ of my mom's money in the wrong/ someone else's account and they didn't give it back to her!!!!!! Over a year later now!!!!OMG!!!! I would have a hard time believing that if I didn't know it to be true

Is it really that much of a problem to let people at your bank's atm take out in intervals of $10 instead of $20, or (absurd idea here) let you draw out precise amounts? It's bloody ridiculous to see I have $39 & change in my account but can't use $19 of it which is almost half of what's in there & can only take out $20, this is MY money so I should be able to withdraw however much of MY own money I need at any given time.

Great service and amazing people. Everyone there is very helpful and polite. I really want to thank Blanca and lizzy for helping me with my business. If it wasn't for their help I wouldn't of been able to make it on my own. Thank you so much.
