I usually do not take the time to write reviews unless I feel as though the person overachieved all my requirements as a customer receiving excellent customer service. In specific Vivian Perez located at the Schaumburg location was TOP TIER!!! Extremely gentle, kind hearted, and very patient with me as I had trouble finalizing the loan documents. Everyday she made sure to follow up with me, made sure all my questions were answered and never once seemed frustrated or in a hurry as I would call 30 min before she closed or even after hours. I would definitely always recommend her and One Main to everyone I know and I feel most comfortable working with ONLY Vivian in the near future!!! AMAZING JOB GIRL !!!!!!

They were very helpful. They made the whole process painless. My credit numbers were low, and I needed a loan for dental work. This will help build my credit again.

I was extremely disappointed to say the least. My very first experience with the company was great. However with an increase in my salary I definitely was not expecting to pay a hundred plus dollars more from my original approved payment. Before I qualified for the employment benefit in the event I should lose my job which is happening a lot due to covid-19. The representative told me I did not qualify for that program 🤔 although I was approved for a certain dollar amount I actually left the office feeling like I got jipped, or should I say bamboozled by a team of new Representatives. Would I refer a friend or a family to this organization? Probably not!!
