Honestly, I don't think I have thanked anyone quite as much as I have thanked Russ during my mortgage process. He has gone above and beyond to do what he can to service his clients/potential clients, he listens, explains and has been fantastic during the entire process. Besides him being a wonderful person to work with, and going above and beyond what impresses me so much about Russ is he does what he says he will do. He calls when he says he will call, he is accessible, he is prompt and he is attentive. I have been told mortgage brokers are notoriously hard to get in touch with, not with Russ, he works for you and makes you feel like you're his only client. I've already raved about him to my family and friends considering buying and refinancing. I would recommend no one else. He's top notch.
