This place claims it's better than regular banks! Definitely not! This place upholds most policies large banks do. Don't be fooled by the credit union name. This place doesn't act as a credit union. You'll be subject to all the big bank policies. Currently my mom just passed away, I've had to negative my account to cover costs of her death. This place refuses to deposit the life insurance checks because my account is negative. I can't have my money because I don't have money. Way to keep poor people down. Just use cash app it'll be the same thing and you don't have to go in to make an account. Humans might have worked here once, but not anymore.

I’ve been banking there since the 80’s . Always friendly and accommodating. Definitely best for Conti employees to get their loans paid weekly, which will pay their loan off early and save them money.

Been with Gen Fed for many years,although I don't know many people there now, I feel like I have never been let down.Great bunch of people.I started using Gen Fed when it opened in the plant under General Tire.

People are friendly. Fast service. Many financial options available. Met my needs with no problems.
