The only thing good about this company is the fact they give money when you need it. I signed up for insurance with my loan was out of town needed to use it. Guess what she forgot to add it her response well we can add it now. No it's a little late. Apply for my home loan through a real bank (which I got) they informed me with a credit score as high as I have I should not being paid one mains interest rate to call them back and refinance the loan. I call one main and there words were we do not care how good your credit is we don't lower interest. No of course not because your making massive money off people. Needless to say I paid the loan off today and will never use this company again. And there customer service is something to be desired the two lady's in the mt.vernon illinois office are any thing but customer service reps.

I was "Pre-approved" but was told they couldn't budget out a way to get me a loan. Why Pre-approve people if they aren't approved thats a waste of my time and my credit gets hurt when they run a hard inquiry! Don't say someone is Pre-approve if they aren't!

Shannon and Manager Regina were super! Very friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and at ease, when borrowing can be stressful. Thanks!

We have been with One Main for a few years. They have always been there for us in our time of need. If one needs extra funds, One main is the place to go to. Their service is top notch and with no hassels. Thank you one main.

I absolutely love this company! I have had to move my automatic payment date a couple of times and I just call the office and they take care of it for me! They are super friendly and helpful!

No Human Beings make any descisions at that Company....so if you want to renogotiate a loan. Your not going to get approved. They Never mentioned that when I got the loan through them. Computers make descisons ...not Human Beings....
