Literally the BEST financial institution I’ve ever worked with. I’ve been with them for close to 9 years now. I’ve had three auto loans, two trailer loans and a motorcycle loan with the Family CU. They care very much about their customer’s. I’ve worked with Nicole, the branch manager, she is top notch and tries to help in any way possible. It is one of the smaller branches but everyone here is very helpful. Sometimes they get busy but they always get back to me.

Give me a hard time about cashing a temporary check when they give them out. Finding a new bank

These people have terrible customer service. Every time I call and ask about information on my account they are so rude! I’ll be closing my account ASAP
