Horrible customer service… they had me waiting for a week to get a respond back just to end up saying that I needed my 2021 state taxes other than that they couldnt approve the application but that I had the option to get qualified with the 2020 taxes so I end up loading the 2020 taxes instead and then they call me saying that I can’t that I need the 2021 taxes when they clearly told me that I can qualify with the 2020 taxes too! So I call customer service to cancel my application and they told me that they were so sorry to hear that I did all the requirements I need it to do and that my application was approved that they didn’t know why they had said that and had me waiting! But definitely end up canceling my application! Definitely not recommend this loan agency so call professionals!!

Very kind and professional people and FAST approval money in your account the NEXT day! It's never fun having to take out a loan. So, when your in a situation where you have to it's nice to work with kind, professional and understanding people. Highly recommend them!!!! The only down fall is the payback amount is high so i suggest paying off before hand.

They work with you they understand life happens and there always polite and willing to help you out as much as they can. give them hard 5 stars because they have been my first resource for 5 yrs now when ever I need helping hand they are there to help .

I was informed after filling out the application that In was approved for an amount. I go.into the office and was informed that the amount was reduced. I was in a bind and needed the amount In was approved for.

Won't stop calling my phone when I told them to stop calling me I even blocked the number they still try calling somehow

Scam financial group. Send you letters saying your pre-qualified then always ask for more info. Praying on people in need. I've taken action against there shady marketing tactics. Stay away.

After being prequalified getting denied is extremely annoying especially with all the hoops I jumped through
