Jay, at First Bankers Trust, is excellent. He helped me set up my business and checking account. He made this a very easy process for me. Due to my schedule being so busy, Jay even took the time out of his day by coming to my barbershop to drop off papers I needed to sign and keep records of. Jay goes above and beyond for his clients and treats them with the utmost respect.

I saw an ad for FBTC and realized free banking was possible. Jay answered the call and got my business account set up with ease. So, now I have a personal account as well. I highly recommend the bank where service and relationships are the top priority. Go see Jay at FBTC!

I came to first bankers trust company for a small business account. The staff are very efficient, friendly and take the time to discuss all options available. I really appreciated feeling valued as a customer not just a number like other banks I’ve been at. If you want great customer service this is the bank for you!

Jay Behrends goes above and beyond to assist me any time and every time I need help! Banking for my small business was scary to me and I’m still learning as I go and he makes it all a lot easier and less intimidating! I’m so happy I chose First Bankers Trust to look after my interests!
