I am a mom.of a police officer and a wife of a recent retire. My husband been a member of this credit union since 2014. Never again! And I'll tell every police officer to stay as far away as possible from this credit union. The way my husband was treated recently was disgusting! Instead of helping cops, they make their lives harder! Stay away!

I've had two Auto Loans through ISPFCU now and both experiences were very pleasant. I dealt with Kelly Prior through the Loan Department and she was phenomenal both times and did everything she could to explain things the best she could. She even took an offer I had which I didn't think could be beat, and she matched it and even beat that offer. I would and will highly recommend any of my Law Enforcement friends to get their Auto Loans through ISPFCU and ask for Kelly!

Kelly Prior in the financing department does an amazing job each time I've had a vehicle loan. She helped me with my purchase of a 2014 RAV 4 and worked hard to give me a low interest rate!

My husband and I have been members here for 20 years and each time we visit , we are met with first rate service! We feel like ISPFCU extends a welcome small town friendliness in a big city! Thank you to all who serve us at ISPFCU. You make each transaction a pleasure!

First class service here and Amanda in the loan dept was fantastic! This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever experienced! We did everything online and over the phone then just picked up the check at the drive up. This credit union is for Law Enforcement and their family. Once again thank you Amanda and ISPFCU!

The service at ISPFCU has continuously gone down the tubes. Late payments when you schedule them on time, nearly a month to get new debit cards and bill pay is terrible. They always blame the mail as well. Find another credit union. After over 20 years with them our whole family has been fleeing from banking here.
