This tower loans is absolutely inconsiderate. I was there to take a client and they watched us struggle with getting in the door. two of the workers were just working on computer how hard and long would it have took to help me bring my veteran client in...I also do not agree with giving refinanced loans to people that are on fixed budgets...sure they approve and I'm sure they could use the money but when there is a hard time and can't pay what they were talked into what will happen...not impressed at all. yes talked into some people are so desperate that the payments of 1 out of 50 sounds good at first but come on if you honestly think they can't afford it then please tell them

They just tried to cold call me. For a loan. No thanks guys, I have good credit because I DON’T make dumb decisions. Loans are almost never the answer people. Save an emergency fund, and never use these snakes again.

Tower seems to loan to most everyone, which is good. Payments are a little high, but you know that when you accept the loan. My problem was paying off early. Website specifically told me to call for pay off amount, full amount was not pay off amount. Store said it was. no interest refunded. Never had a place tell me that.

Dropped off a check for a payment plan. Place was clean but buried in a strip mall since I had the address I was able to find their office in a reasonable period of time.

I have applied for lone three days ago and they said they would call me back. I have not heard a word from them. I have not had this kind of experience from them before. I think there is a new manager and that is why I haven't heard anything.
