American Eagle Bank, St. Charles Township, IL

Initially, I was having issues getting everything situated with being able to pay for my car loan. I received a call from Victor who was very professional and accommodating. He treated my issue with urgency and helped me get everything up and running. Based on seeing how they go about handling their client concerns and ensuring the experience is top notch, I'd recommend this bank to anyone.

American Eagle Bank is a people's bank. The services they offer is extensive and most importantly, Victor H. was amazing in helping me with my auto loan and explaining it so clearly. Patient, and my values were pertinent in the process and he met all of them.

Victor Hernandez assisted me with a car refinance. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly and with perfect detail. When the financing went through, he made the process easy and efficient. His help and assistance was greatly appreciated.

Originally gave 1 star as this bank has very primitive technology. They do have an method to pay a loan for a convenience fee online which is kind of high. I did get a call from Victor who explained if I log into the mobile app, the payment will be free vs paying the convenience fee. Only knock is that there is zero notification of this on the website.

I refinanced my auto loan with American Eagle. Victor was very helpful and made the process very easy! American eagle was able to save me 3% on the rate given to me by the car dealership. I highly recommend seeing if you qualify for a lower rate on your auto loan. Victor was great.

This will be the second time I get financed for a car through American Eagle. I have nothing but great things to say about this bank, they have great customer service, very competitive rates and a very pleasant atmosphere. Victor Hernandez assisted us with the financing of our new auto loan, he walked us through the documents we needed to fill and explained the whole process. We submitted our documents in which afterward we would return to complete and sign the documentation. We were returning when we realized traffic was very severe and set us back. I called Victor to explain we were running very late, 5pm to be exact. He told us it would be fine and he actually waited for us to arrive! We were very grateful for him to wait for us, this allowed us to get the financing for our car that very day. I am very appreciative that Victor went out of his way to get us financed that day and finalizing our documents, after the bank had closed. We were able to get our car the same day along with a great rate! This is why I highly recommend them for all your financing needs.
