We were financially strapped do to medical bills and were convinced to do a 2nd mortgage a few years back through my bank. The monthly payment burden was become unsustainable. That's when I was advised to reach out to Direct Mortgage and Mortgage Loan Officer, Steve Garrison. Steve thoroughly looked over my situations and came up with the a great solution - a Reverse Mortgage. So instead of me paying a 1st and 2nd mortgage payment, now the bank PAYS ME from the equity of my home! Thank you so much Direct Mortgage and Loan Officer Steve Garrison for being so GREAT! and taking care of this old lady's needs.
