This bank is great all the way around! Just walking into the bank and seeing all the smiles brightens my day! Each and everyone of the employees there will go out of there way to make sure any questions or issues you may have are resolved. My favorite branch will always be the Sterling location!

The worst bank ever! The people that work at this bank are racist! They also make false accusations against workers that can cause damage to a person’s life. They also talk about and are judgmental to people who bank there. This bank needs way better employees and management.

I came to the bank with sort of a complicated issue. It was all hands on deck, and they really took care of me. The staff... Keenan, Angela, Kaley, Judy, and Cathy are an amazing team.
