Worst pawn shop I've ever seen. Spring valley coin is the way to go in LaSalle County. The workers at this place messed up my layaway ticket and tried to tell me i forfeited my money even though the ticket clearly stated it wasn't due til the second week of Aug. They said they had never spoke to me after I had multiple phone calls with them and pulled up my call logs. The girl was definitely on drugs, she couldn't keep her eyes from going crosseyed, was dragging her speech, and kept trying to sell me jewelry at a discount but only if i paid cash. This place is a joke

Ok service, but lowball the actual value if certain things offered to them. Brought in a TV and some dvds and was given a small-is amount for all my items. Refused to take any Sterling silver jewelry I had too. Said, "They only buy GOLD"

Went in with a new laptop was given a dollar amount on the loan for my product. Gave my personal information including my id signed paperwork, just to have the kid tell me oops we don't have enough money for a $90 loan at 2 in the afternoon. Very poor experience NEVER going again and NEVER recommending to anyone. Horrible service disorder as soon as you walk in the door. Most of their jewelry looked like costume wear. Was never greeted I had to approach the 3 people standing behind the counter doing nothing at least pick up a broom.

They have ALWAYS been good to me. Have went above and beyond to take care of me and work with me. If I had troubles they would always work it out with me. Love them! I would always recommend Streator Cash Express!
