I offer Zero stars. Ive had a terrible time dealing with the two girls that work in the office. Brianne is incredibly rude and impatient. Trina keeps calling me at work even though my payments were made already. I asked 5 times in 5 months to call an alternate number. They said they did. They didnt. The last straw for me is today i brought this inconvenient situation up and Brianne told me "u dont have to be rude" in a very cold and pompous way. I did get upset and i tried telling this inmmature and rude employee what my problem was but she yelled at me and hung up. I did get time however to say that i would never go to World Finance in Taylorville again. FYI. They treat my wife less than professional as well. I give Brianne a -5 rating
