My Fiance', Curtis Gore and I would love to Thank Tracy Thomas-Collection Manager for Performance Equity Partners for all of her help, patience, and persistence with working with us and understanding our situation. Curtis lost his job during the pandemic as well as myself being placed on disability from my job, has caused our bills to mount up and our mortgage, as well as other bills to become delinquent. We applied for assistance from Save The Dream Ohio through Ohio Finance Housing Authority, to assist with paying toward our delinquent balance. With the help from Tracy Thomas, we were able to get a positive outcome from waiting over a month or more to get everything together and get our mortgage paid. I talked with Tracy at least once or twice a week, in order to make sure everything was in place. I had to stay on top of calling Save the Dream, in order for Tracy to be able to do her job adequately. Thank you Tracy for all of your help and persistence, because you definitely went above and beyond. Curtis and I really appreciate you! You are a GOD SEND!!! We can't Thank you enough!!! Faye was exceptional! She was very professional and courteous and always polite. Faye always made herself available to take my car and on the few times she was not available my call was returned immediately. I want to thank Fay Kobierski at performance equity parters for getting us into our forever home so quick she called us on a monday and got approved the same day. She was so respectful and didn't hesitate with all the questions. This is truly the best company to get a house with.

Poor customer service. Every month trying to get through to make a payment is a hassle. One month they have my info and the next they don't. I'll kindly pay the late fee and put the check in the mail at this point rather than talking to one of them over the phone.
