Paid off jeep 9 weeks ago and they never bothered to notify the main office to send me my title. Had to call around to figure why I wasn’t getting it

Staff is real nice

Put in an application about a month ago to refinance my vehicle, was told it would take 24 hours to hear back. Fast forward a week and I still hadn’t heard anything, i had to reach out and it took 2 days to hear something back. Once I finally got a response i submitted all the information they needed to start the loan process. She told me it would take 2 days. It has now been a week and 2 days and i’ve heard nothing. I’ve left multiple voicemails and emails and nobody will respond. Would not recommend this place.
