I’ve had an excellent experience with my loans and everything inside my accounts but the attitude of the employees every time I call is awful. They do what they have to and don’t usually have a great attitude about it. I understand banking may not be the most exciting job nor are my questions but it’s been a couple years of me getting lack luster attitude..

I really dislike that a bank is closed on a Wednesday, why? Doesn't make much sense to me. Staff can be very blah, some days they seem to hate their job, which I suppose isn't rare, but this is customer service. If you dislike your job so much, find something new. Nice, clean facility.
