I’ve had nothing but good experiences with CPS. They always understand when I need extra time to make my payment. I’ve been using them for almost 3 years and have no complaints. Staff is always understanding and compassionate when I have questions. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

Unbelievable that the owner or overseer of this company has still not rectified the issues with his extremely rude and ignorant employees! They fail to understand that without customers, they'd have no jobs! The office manager is beyond rude, unprofessional, and condescending. She speaks to people like she has sole authority, and realistically she is self appointed! These people issue fraudulent loans that they can't even explain when asked. Contact the better business bureau, or the consumer protection bureau. Also check your contract for Illinois Banking Commission! Enough is enough!! Good luck

I recently paid off my truck 5 months early on a 32 month loan. In their truth and lending agreement, it was stated that I was entitled for a rebate for paying the balance off early. They ripped me off saying that the majority of the interest is paid toward the start of the loan. So the legally binding contract of getting money back for paying early is wrong then? Stay away from this place, you will get scammed!

They are stealing from me. I currently have a loan with them that I took with my dad. I’m the first signature in the paperwork and my dad is the co-signer. My dad took a second loan with them and apparently he hasn’t been making any payments on his second loan, the loan were he’s by himself. This agency thought it was a good idea to take money from the account were I’m making payments on time. My dad doesn’t live with us anymore and we don’t have any contact with him. The agency said that they have the right to move money from two different accounts.

Horrible place, they first withdrew money from my account after my debt had already been charged off but claimed it was a "system error", then they gave me attitude over the phone until they knew I was the 1 that they illegally took money from my account. Chrissy(the boss) then took the time to try and give me a grammar lesson cuz of one word that I said wrong but yet takes money out of the wrong account that hasn't had a loan with them for over 6 months. Staff is rude, always have attitudes like they hate their life which is understandable considering their boss Chrissy which is the worst one. Here is a picture of what chrissy wrote after I asked her to write refund on the check, had to go back so she can rewrite it clearer but with her awesome customer service its still unreadable

They are the best if the best. Angles and very respectful. Gets to know they customers to understand they needs!!!

I know getting loans isn't so great, cause well you gotta pay for it(extra). This office here🙌🏼🥰🙌🏼🥰 Miss Cynthia🥰🙌🏼😎 she is great, she sat there hearing me cry lol I had/ have a problem and they find a way to help me all the time. I most definitely recommend this office …
