will never do busisness with them again they are a rip off yesterday my pay off was 6200 today its almost 6500 what a joke they must be charging 100% intrest we only borrowed 7000 and paid over yr at 311 a month and still owe that much give me a break they are crooks loan sharks do not do busisness

Worlds worst company to deal with. I honestly believe they are illegal and unethical. It is the employees that are so bad. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. You can call and make payment arrangements that are followed to a tee and Elena will harass you and your contacts even after you make a payment. She gets a high on this and I strongly believe she has mental problems that are not addressed. She never checks the computer or talks to the other employees about any payment arrangement. This is a very sick individual. This someone who is dangerous and this company allows this. Her behavior only escalates with power. I compare her behavior to what is going on in todays world. She does not stop and loves to destroy the lives of people needlessly. I talked to someone who I always got along with. She applied for me to re- do my loan and get a new due date. Everything went through. I even sent her my last pay stub which was the last part she needed to complete this. She said she was working on this. Everything looked well. This company also loves to hit you with fees even when they make the mistake. They say the computer decides. I know a manager can over ride this but they insist that a computer who does not have a brain decides. It is a very lame excuse and not believable. They never even offer a manager to help correct problems. They just argue with you. I never heard from her. I assumed everything was corrected by our conversation. When I called today, days later. it was now the complete opposite. How they can say one thing that was very believable and now the opposite is beyond me. This is how dishonest this company is. She said she did not want to leave this on a message so if I did not call one would think everything went through like promised. Removing a fee would go a long way particularly when they made the mistakes. They do not care. They do not care about reviews or social media. I told her how I felt and I was threatened. She told me if I did not pay this fee, I would have to deal with Elena and her phone calls. She would not accept my payment without including the fee. Who turns down money? They just do not care. They are horrible. Nobody will correct anything. They are always right no matter what. Now, she must have said something to Elena. Elena left the most horrible message. I heard one sentence and could not believe this came from a company. This is what they do. They are the lowest low class company with no customer service. Stay away!! There are plenty of other companies that will treat you with dignity and respect. I would like to add something else that I was horrified. I looked at one of their business cards and found that Elena is the manager!! She has taught the employees not to give any customer service. To lie and deceive the customer and never remove a fee even if a mistake is made by them or for good relations. I have gone through slot with their intimidating lies and tactics. She is the one who will not get involved when there is a problem and tells her employees the computer decide among other things. She trains her employees like puppets. They do not have a mind. They are intimidated by her and go along with her threats. She is the one making these horrible calls. I lost my best friend because of her and these calls even with payment made. She never apologizes. She never wants to see a customer and hides behind her computer. I have no idea what she looks like.She does not care about the customer at all. In her eyes the customer is always wrong. Nobody cares to correct a problem and she is right there. She will never get involved. There is little to none customer service because of her!

They send predatory loan offers with a 35% interest rate to your house, disguised as a check. Absolutely disgusting behavior, and anyone who works for them should be ashamed.
