Phone call to the wrong number. Redialed to see who it was, wouldnt give me name or who she was with. When I explained the confusion they wanted my first and last name. Terrible intrusive business. AVOID WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE!

The employees are very professional and handle outstanding debt for SIH.

Once again, contacted my place of work after being told twice not to contact that number!!! Representative has contacted unauthorized people about a debt multiple times. They have contacted my work place and called the emergency helpline. Complete lack of professionalism and and just an all around terrible experience. If there is any option, do not work with them!
