Used to be a good bank, has went down hill at a fast pace. Told my daughter that she qualified for car loan, then told her she needed to buy the car and get it in her name then come apply for a collateral loan? Employee isn’t knowledgeable about how car loans work I guess. Never have I ever had to buy the car and put it in my name to go up and then get a loan on one. 🤷‍♂️
