I’ve a great experience with my new vehicle loan! Staff was so patient, helpful and kind. They were very flexible and reasonable with me and were by far the best rate in town. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DCU.

Refinanced an auto loan that I had financed through the dealership 3 days earlier. DCU dropped the percentage by 2 points, application process was smooth and quick. Definitely would recommend.

Good rate but Credit card app took weeks, multiple calls and dozen emails back and forth. Seems like it's a small place and does it all by hand. Even asking me for my friends and family contact info to apply. Issued card never even arrived (us post issue) and no response to my email to them. Get it together.

Great mortgage experience. DCU did it again. I researched 3 lenders and chose DCU for our mortgage. Their rates were the best, costs the lowest, and online portal intuitive and easy to use. Matt F and Nichoel professional and responsive. As happens in most hole buying experiences, there were delays and unexpected blips, but DCU cruised right through with us. Do your homework, DCU gets an A in my grade book.

Everything is nice and fine but their banking is over complicated and nothing works whatever they say. What used to work easily is now chargeable. And what they want is complicated and frustrating as hell. These are exactly the reasons when I feel like leaving and moving out immediately when the smooth process is disrupted. It's annoying!

Got my vehicle loan from Dupage CU. Applied online, got approval and planned everything. They understood the requirements, not happy about the loan Amt vs requested (gave a weird reason for it which is so funny to believe) but still I continued. Overall happy.. but it seems credit officer should have been more transparent and should have called me to understand before generalizing decision
