Great bank for personal banking but even better for small businesses. Renae has been so great to work with. There isn't anything we have found that they can't help us with.

I have been with this Bank for decades and would NEVER change! Such care, know their customers, perfect in every way compared to others I have been with. Could not ask for a better caring Bank to be with and I am so glad I am with First National Bank and Trust Winnebago. Parent is Beloit.

FNB is an excellent banking facility. Convenient hours and location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would be 5 star but monthly service charge is very high.

Being a local and Hometown Bank allows their customer service to be able to focus on you more, that's very important to me and I love it. This Bank definitely makes me not feel like I'm a number. Recommend this Bank very highly.

people and tellers are very nice . bad bad support . if its past 6pm you get india and oh boy they cant help with anything . in morning i am closing account . if you love playing phone tag with people not speaking english. this is the bank for you. why on earth they give a foreign customer support/fraud your data is a mystery to me so now i have to drive 4 hours to this bank to deal with them due to 0 phone support . go with anything other then this bank paypal banking anything with modern tech/phone support . anything cuz if its past 6pm or your traveling you are doomed . there is 0 help 0 numbers you can call for help . its like bank lives in the 1980s with punjina support staff
