Stopped by to open account today about 4:30. Waited about 5+ minutes until one of the three at the desk could get to me. Then, they were not able to open an account for me as only two people were working they said?? Seemed odd to me that one person couldn’t help me while the other TWO helped….ummm no one else in the bank at that time. I had stopped on the prior Saturday to ask all my questions. They told me just don’t come the last hour we are open, so I drove there right from work since they close at 6. “This service” told me I should go to any other bank.

Everytime I walk in there, all 3 or 4 people at the counter look at each other and waits for someone else to help. Today the lady just puts my receipt through after my transaction in drive through and says nothing and walks away. The one lady in lobby sits and gives dirty looks the entire time and my children have even made comments about how she makes them feel uncomfortable. So tired of the disrespect that comes from that bank. I tolerate a lot of rude people and try to be civil but today has me gathering items and taking business else where.
