KeyBank, Angola, IN

Horrible treatment after years and years of being a customer. Locked me out of my account while I'm traveling. Leaving me stranded. With NO Explanation. IM NOT GOING TO BE YOUR CUSTOMER ANY MORE!

Teller's were helpful but the manager there was beyond rude and unapologetic through my turmoil with the company. The top notch manager at Angola KeyBank actually had the nerve to hang up on me and not explain any part of the situation. I called him back cussed him out. He deserved it! I have never liked banks but I have never been treated the way I had been treated here at the Angola KeyBank. Shame on you Gene. You won't have a job for much longer treating people the way you treat them.

Well i was a solid customer of theirs for about three years until i tried to get a loan. The bank said they were a scam so they frozen my acct and closed it. I got official letter stating they were going charge my acct to close it and i didnt even do anything wrong.i just applied for the loan and got approved for one. Of fact it makes angry that banks and loans places can take advantage of people. So be careful out there!

Enjoyed working with Jack. Worked with Tammy (new manager) at MWAFCU and no issues. Staff is knowledgeable and considerate. Highly recommend.

The staff at this branch are wonderful! I have banked at Key for years and everyone has always been helpful.
