The ladies I interacted with were wonderful! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure I knew exactly what I was reading and signing. The entire experience was absolutely amazing. This being my first attempt to obtain a loan, I was very nervous. But the staff put all my fears at ease. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had high hopes for this institution because I was recommended by a different financial office. I was very wrong. Ruby was the person helping me with the loan process and at first seemed great. I told her how the money I needed was to pay for the rest of my college and that I needed it ASAP and she understood, or so I thought. She had told me that I was approved for up to $3400 for a personal loan but that she needed to process the loan through. The next day I receive a call saying that I was actually denied the loan. So she lied to me about how much I was approved for. Then she has the audacity to tell me that I can reapply in a few months to see if I get approved then, even though I explicitly told her that I needed it ASAP. This tells me that she doesn’t care about anything I said and only cares about pushing out loans. Definitely would NOT recommend going here. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

would give them negative stars if possible, they set me up on a loan. luckily i have great credit so i plan on getting another loan through a respectable credit union to payoff the loan through one main as a whole. they said 25% interest yet almost all of my payments are going straight towards interest. for example, i paid $120.xx in which $119.29 went towards interest. i paid $100 even the very next day in which $96.33 went towards interest. they set me up and said "well you singed the contract" when i had doubts about the loan. VERY BAD PEOPLE!!!

The team was very informative and worked hard to make sure I understood all the details. They went out of their way to make things happened to help me out.

Explained all my options and the best route for me to do. Be sure to ask as many questions about payments interest rates to fit your best financial needs.

The ladies at the OneMain Financial office in Angola, Indiana, are absolutely amazing! Their professionalism, kindness, and processing speed of my loan paperwork speaks volumes of this financial institution. I would recommend one main financial to any of my close, friends or family, for I know they will be well taken care of, and respected in a process that is not always easy. I had several questions, and they took time to answer each one. They understand life situations, and they are honest! Thank you so much, ladies!
