Amanda at the Angola Branch was completely rude when I came in to deposit money. I did not realize the ATM wasn't working as it had taken almost all of my money but for some reason I couldn't get the rest to be accepted. I decided to just take it inside. Where Amanda "helped" me. She went out of her way to make me feel stupid for not knowing that the ATM wasn't working and that I could've tapped the screen and a video teller could've walked me through how to deposit the money. I know how to work an ATM, I can't control that my money wasn't being accepted. I did not even let her finish my transaction and requested my money back because I could not believe how degrading she was being. I will never go back to this branch and continue to work with the Kendallville branch like I normally do.

The amount of surprises that come from this place are astounding. Not only did I wait 2 months for get my business debit card because they forgot to submit the order twice, but at random mobile deposit checks will be held so I drove to angola to utilize the video teller, and that was zero help because the video tellers (Blake) cannot do anything with mobile deposits so then I asked if I could cancel my mobile deposit and deposit directly through the video teller system and he said no that it might cause confusion even though I suggested he make a notation on the account and he responded with that it may get overlooked. I have been having more issues with this bank than I care to count in all aspects. Not to mention checks have been coming from the same source since end of November 2021. Edit- 2nd week in a row that my check has been held for review.

Robert was absolutely wonderful to work with. Our loan application was done in minutes. My interaction was that of the highest standard of respect and integrity. What great service... thanks Robert.

I come in to this bank to deposit money into a person's account for a land contract agreement I have. They're constantly rude and unhelpful. I was contemplating moving my accounts there now that I live in town but these people are so rude that I couldn't imagine dealing with them on a constant basis.

Corporate policies are terrible however tellers and managers are extremely helpful within there policies and friendly.

ATMs are super easy to use and all the tellers have been friendly and helpful!!
