30 mins every time. WHY? HIRE MORE PEOPLE 1 drive thru employee is never enough, put in an ATM that takes checks. Line out the door every day, 15 cars in drive thru enough is enough! FIX IT

This is the worst bank I have ever had experience dealing with. They don't talk to their customers before locking accounts and they always assume the worst if something goes wrong in one of your accounts. This is not an angry customer review. This is what they do and I would sleep much better at night if they immediately closed down.

Crane Credit Union is the best. I have been with them for over 48 years and still find it a remarkable banking institution. My first loan was for $100.00 to buy my first horse. They are fantastic!

The bank tellers could stand to be more friendly IMO. If they don't already know you personally, (outside of the CU) they often don't put much effort into the customer service .

I have had my accounts here for over 10 years and they have the best customer service and personal care that I've ever experienced at a bank. Yes, the lines get long but I go at times I know have less traffic and I get great service. I won't ever change my bank.

Experienced the slowest and least knowledgeable “manager” today. They were a standby from another branch, however, it was overly difficult to complete a simple task.
