I've been a member for 28 years. For the most part have had a great experience. When buying a house the mortgage department was very helpful and worked well with me to get the best deal. There was only 1 time I had an issue with the place and that was when they told me I needed a cosigner for a 3k loan after I have been a member for over 17 years. I said if I can't get this loan myself, I will be taking my money elsewhere and so they gave me the loan. Since then it's been great.

Always fast, and open when I need it. Good credit union, not the best but they are working on their issues.

As much as I like the convenience of the "Smart" ATMs sometimes a real person is needed and only having one branch that has actual people is a nightmare sometimes.
