Had to go into the actual main bank. Only 3 tellers which was not the problem. One of the tellers spent her time chatting extensively with both customers and other tellers while a line of people waited in line. Disappointed! Also had to wait to send a wire, been sitting (along with 6 other customers) for 10 min listening to the teller in the office with 1 customer talking about the fair and her CAT!!! Finally just left after 20 min. I appreciate that this is a small town but come on! 20 min waiting with not one customer so much as acknowledged!

I don't have an account with them. Only asked if I could exchange 2 $20 bills into 4 rolls of quarters. The response from the teller. Is that all transactions are locked behind being a member. That's great for members. Not so great if your bank has no facilities in the town you live, and you need a simple exchange.

This place is a joke. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. There are a lot better options for other banks or financial services. If I had known how poor they're customer service was or how much trouble I would have had it of them, I never would have opened ANY accounts with them.

Today's experience can be added to the numerous great interactions I've had with HHCU! I made it in during a less busy time, around 2 pm, and Sheila was immediately available to help. With her help, I was able to open a new account, apply for an HHCU credit card, and even refinance my auto loan a whole 10% lower than what I was paying before! Sheila was incredibly helpful and nice through the whole process. Thank you, HHCU, for the help along my financial journey. I highly recommend this establishment for new customers, and look forward to coming back in the next phase of life.

Always kind and helpful, my Dad has been banking with them for over 40 years. He's 94 and still banks with them and has never had any issues. Nice people.

Hoosier hills by far for the last 2 years has been a loyal bank to go through and they've had some of the best representatives helping people and I'd like to personally thank the tellers for doing their job to the best of their ability.

I’ve been banking here for 15 years and I’ve never had any issues with costumer service or loans….nothing. When you’re waiting for someone in the office and you hear them chatting about cats or the fair….it’s because they are waiting on something that may need approved or printed. The world doesn’t revolve around you and your time frame…learn patience. I have banked at other banks and HHC is BY FAR the best bank I’ve ever experienced. I’d recommend it a million times over.
