Good people, good place to get a loan if you cant get one anywhere else. They explain everything well with lots if options. I didn't like having to use my car as collateral and the payment date was set for a day before I get payed and they couldnt change it, but I am thankful for them, they helped me when the bank wouldn't.

I have had loans from OneMain Financial since 2013 and have had no problems at all with them. The people in the local office are friendly, courteous and efficient and I never have to worry about anything. I can access my account at any time and I appreciate that. I am always treated with respect and professionalism. I appreciate my experience with OneMain very much!

Had payment set up to come out but called to cancel it. He told me it would be canceled but it wasn’t. My light bill bounced and had a few from bank for it bouncing. Called him and he said oh I’m sorry I thought you said go ahead and send it threw because it won’t be paid anyway because I wouldn’t have the funds. I told him he knew what I wanted. For one he said before we hung up that if he canceled the payment I would have to go threw the headquarters to make my payment arrangements because he would no longer be able to help me. I said that’s fine because my lights had to be paid or they were gonna get shut off. And for 2, why would I have him to send it threw saying it would bounce knowing the bank would charge me an extra $35. Luckily the light company was very helpful and let me pay it the week after that. Talked to a friend and they had done same thing to her. I will be calling headquarters and getting my bank fees paid.

Melisa was so kind and helpful. My loan had a new twist to it, but she got me approved and signed in record time. This truly was “Lending Made Human”.

I just love the OneMain group here in our town! They are so awesome and are there for me anytime I need them. Each and every one there is so nice and make it so easy for me.
