First Bank of Berne, Berne, IN

I called this morning with questions and talked to Laura. Her response was a very rude “ we don’t”. Very unprofessional customer service you are here to help US as customers especially if we call with questions to get knowledge of the things we don’t know unless we call and ask and get treated like we’re stupid. UNFRIENDLY

Terrible hours and on Saturday they are open 9-12 drive thru only. Better plan about an hour of your Saturday because there are so many Amish “walking” thru. OPEN THE LOBY

Rudely greeted by the Branch Manager (Bethany) with an ultimatum of get out and use the drive thru or go somewhere else. (She was Screaming so loud her voice cracked) Absolutely so disrespectful and no help at all. Immediately closed my checking account of 8 years and moved to another bank in a different city. Ive lived in berne my whole life and i will never ever again do business with this establishment. Hopefully 1000's of people see this and move to a different bank.

My family and I banker here for years with a good experience until today at Berne branch were I was rudely greeted by what I assume was the branch manager regiterireg complaint of my truck was to big or something for his drive through. But yet offered me know assistance with the new ATM machine I waa having trouble with. I'm upset enough with this one experience with this one guy that I am closing all accounts and moving to a bank that appreciate all there customer s big and small. And I will plead with the rest of my family and frefrie to do the same. We run small businesses ourselves and above all is customer service to all people. I know that if I was some big name and not a small wrecker service this man would have treated me a little better and not belittle me like a stupid kid.

Alright for checking, saving is really low, and lending is really high. There is a lot better banks.

Customer service is terrible the bank manager is a Rudy mcrood pants and they don't loan you money unless you are Amish that is what Dan flaghorn told me
