I had an issue returning an item and the money not getting back to my account. I called the store where I made the purchase and they said the refund had been issued but it did not show up in my account, so I called bloombank. they said they did not see a refund but gave me steps to make sure that I received it. No more than an hour later, Bloombank calls me back with the stores customer service on the other line ready to help me figure this out . I won't bank anywhere else but BloomBank. Customer service is second to none and will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of.

Worst customer service EVER. They are unable to fix a problem on their end so they say it is on mine. Rude manager and employees. Especially Karmen and Corrine.
