CNAC/ jdbyrider, Bloomington, IN

The Salesmen are very nice and friendly, however Samantha from CNAC is nasty and rude. I have never been late on a payment but yet I get a text, email and 2 phone calls before 5pm. Today I needed to delay my payment until Thursday she refused and told me my payment better be in our office by 7pm or I will be in default. She has no compassion, constantly interrupting me and just the tone of her voice is nasty. She has no business being in Customer Service.

The sales men are very nice and friendly. The service department gets you in for service in a timely manner and get you fixed and on your way in a timely manner. I have had no issues with them and would recommend them to anyone needing a car when you have bad credit.

I think the other reviews are a bit unfair here. They are a sub prime lender, so yes, they jab you with high interest rates and fees. However, in my experience, they have always made the fees very clear and explained them. They have pointed out the high interest rate and how it would affect my payments and overall cost. They are used to dealing with super high risk customers so of course they are going to hound them and they own the car until it's paid so they have the right to repo next day.

They hound you the day that the payment is due an when you try to call them back either they don't answer or the person who asked to give them a call back to is never there. Then they come repo your car while you are asleep and all of your kids things and important paperwork is still in there. They don't give you a chance to clean it out or do anything. If I could I wouldn't give a star.

Very untrustworthy. They will hound you the day you're due. They are notorious for repoing vehicles 1 or 2 days late. You'll be better off going to any other small town lot.

The sales people that work for JD byrider go above and beyond! But when it comes to talking to one of the women at CNAC they are rude! Never have been treated this way by 2 individuals that work in the same establishment!
