The Bloomington branch specifically is terrible. Customer service is terrible. Communication is terrible. And the employees at this specific branch are just rude. The manager at this branch also asked me to remove this review, yet was still not being 100% honest with me. I typically will not leave reviews on anything but my time was wasted running in circles because of this branch’s staff including the manager. And I was lied to.

Rude!!! They bought my locally owned bank ..i had been a customers at for 30 years. When Crane took over EVERYTHING CHANGED. It went from quality customers service to pure rudeness! Do not use this bank....they are awful. Go to a locally owned bank like Peoples State Bank!!! If you are using them shop around. If I could give them zero star rating I would.

The staff will laugh in your face as if they're ridiculing your appearance and they openly joke about "poor, sad children" in orphanages from China while they have members in the building. Ridiculous, racist women.

We’ve been with Crane for years and liked that it was a small bank. However, whenever I call to speak to someone I wait and wait on hold. We’ve been waiting for days to get someone in the mortgage department to get back with us to put an offer on a house. Not happy with this customer service..

They truly don't care about the customer. All they care about is that you pay your loan. No wiggle room, no help, they don't even offer you refinancing unless you insist. For years I was paying a loan with a super high interest. When I finally found out I could refinance, they tried telling me it wouldn't be a good option. I bank eith them too.. They denied me a small loan, and constantly deny the skip a pay option. Go somewhere better!
