Old National Bank, Bloomington, IN

I used Shellie Sparks from ONB as my mortgage lender and she was AMAZING! As a first time home buyer I had many missteps and questions, but she was attentive and accommodating the entire time. She's extremely knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything that was happening in the process. She always responds promptly to any questions that I have and is a top notch communicator. I highly recommend her to any home buyers!

I called this particular branch and they forward my call after 30 min of being on hold at 4:30… so basically I call them at 4 and at 4:30 they forward me to the corporate number when they close at 5. I just tried to come in at 5:15 when they close at 6 to try and open a savings after I have had an account with them for 6 years and they don’t have the door open. The Ellettsville branch is way smaller and yet someone always picks up and I can enter 10 minutes before they close and they help and they are so sweet.

I have always had a vey good experience at this branch. I am starting to move all my accounts over due to the outstanding customer service and easy online apps. Great staff keep up the good work.

The staff aren't very friendly. And some of the bank tellers even though you're sitting there waiting in line. Didn't really help all that much. This bank just doesn't stand out that much. It's a nice little Old National. It does a decent job at the upkeep. I just wouldn't expect that much from them.

Son signed over a check to us. His father went to cash it. they said no. He said just deposit the check, they said NO. Not sure what the problem was. Wife took it over and they deposited check. This is not the first time I have had problems with the west 3rd street branch. I've left there at times without being able to cash a check, go to the one off winslow and have no problem. They are also very slow.

Do not get a vehicle loan with them! You are better off borrowing from a stranger. They mess you around to get your money every chance they get.
