We've been going through this company for almost 2 years and never have been late or missed a payment, my 8yr old was Injured and put in Riley and one main did a fantastic job of kicking us while we were down after having spoke to them and explained the situation and being told they would work with us. Instead hit us with a late fee and an NSF fee. Definitely would not reccomend this company unless you are 100% certain you will never have any sort of accidents that may set you back

Was very good treated great and was a smooth transition

I do not have a flexible schedule or a lot of free time during business hours. They worked with me amazingly. Doing as much as possible online and with emails. Very responsive and flexible.

Great staff. Straight forward, no hidden stuff. Quick and simple. Also, pretty creative safety precautions for covid that allowed for minimal contact, but still provided a face to face experience.

So far it has been a good experience. Would have preferred a better interest rate, but understood it was due to my lack of consumer loan history, more than anything else. Got approved fast and the money was in my account in one day. Thank you

The loan I took was for my wife's business she is starting. I had previously spoken with Casey on the phone to let her know I would stopping by. She was on the phone at the front desk when I arrived, and Aaron approached me. I introduced myself ,and offered my hand for him to shake. HE DID NOT offer his hand; and I found that to be a little rude and unprofessional. If the loan had been for me, and not my wife I would have probably made a scene and left the premises. Things could have gotten ugly. But he and Casey helped me; and the loan was approved. I was raised though that when a man extends his hand, you should also be a man and offer your hand in a handshake. Its just common respect and decency. Other than that I would recommend One Main Financial to anyone.
