The Peoples State Bank, Bloomington, IN

Not pleased with this branch at all... recently moved to the Southside of town and expected the same service that I was used to getting at the west side branch but I am disappointed. Will be going out of my way from now to visit another branch.

I used the drive-up window to withdrawal money from my account, and I asked for large bills. The grouch working said she will see if they have any (I was asking for five $100 bills). She came back and said they were out and gave me my cash in $20's. You're gonna tell me a bank doesn't have $100 bills!? I'm not buying it. I took my account elsewhere.

They are nice here. However communication is an issue. Especially if someone is taking over. They should let the other person know whats happening. It amazes me. How i was served second. When I was in the drive thru first. I had already sent my stuff to them. Told them what cash i wanted back. Someone else pulls into the other driver thru. They are served while I'm put on the back burner.

Last three transactions at the Winslow Rd branch have been unpleasant. I understand these are unusual times but the tellers at the branch have been repeatedly rude and dismissive.

The bank tellers are very friendly very welcoming. No most of the people the bank there by name. I would recommend anybody banking at a local bank like people State Bank
