First Financial is always courteous, professional and helpful. John is an awesome manager and Theresa always goes above and beyond to help answer questions or solve a problem. The customer service folks are also great. I have had nothing less than great results working with this branch of FFB

The bank itself is fine, they always do a good job in a timely manner. However, Lisa, one of the bank tellers, is SO rude. I am a server and have to deposit a lot of ones and fives frequently and she is so rude the entire time. She gives dirty glares the entire time, never once smiles or says anything nice. She doesn't respond when I ask how she is or say something like "have a nice day!" I dread coming to this bank because she acts so rude the entire time.

This branch is ridiculous. My girlfriend and I just waited 15 minutes for Rhonda to get through 2 customers. It's unbelievable how slow they are, don't bother going in.

Been with this bank over 5 years and can’t complain. They’ve given me loans that I doubt any other place would, makes me feel like I’m trusted personally instead of an algorithm of income and credit score
