If I could give a rating of 0 stars that would happen. Unfortunately we have two Caliber Loans. I would not recommend this company under any circumstance!!! We changed our homeowners insurance company to lower our expenses. I have been trying to get anyone to help me get my money back that Caliber neglectfully wired to a cancelled policy. They had always sent a check to the insurance company and someone from Caliber sent a wire transfer to a company that has told me several times that they do not receive wires under any circumstance, so they are not sure where Caliber has wired my money from my escrow account. I have talked to several representatives and I get a different answer every time I call. My escrow balance is now over -1800 because they have sent my money to not only my canceled insurance policy but also to my new policy. Yesterday I really lost it and asked if I could please talk to a supervisor or someone that can help me. I was put on hold and then told me there was no one available to help. I urge anyone that is considering to use Caliber, do yourself a favor and find someone else. If you ever need customer service you will not receive it.
