Terrible customer service inside and out. Waited (stuck between 2 cars) for 30 minutes. Then to be told after I had sent in my ID and money and waited an additional 20 minutes a transaction I normally do through the drive thru was no longer allowed. Rude tellers. This is why brick and mortar banks aren't as popular anymore. Will be cancelling account.
